Our Terms & Conditions of Business sets out the
basis on which Debt-Help.ie provides it's service. Please take a few minutes to
read through these before submitting an application for a debt management
consultation.
These terms are valid from 1st January 2009 until further notice.
Our Company
Debt-Help.ie is owned by Corporate Assistance
Limited.
Our Services
Debt-Help.ie acts as an introducer service on
behalf of debt management companies. All applicants using Debt-Help.ie are free
to choose which debt management company they proceed with and will never be
advised to choose one company over another. All applicants agree to these terms
and conditions before applying for a debt management consultation.
Consumer Protection
Corporate Assistance Limited is registered as a
data controller with the data commissioner. We collect personal information
about you and store such information electronically. We collect such information
from you whenever you fill out an application for a debt management
consultation.
We use your Personal Information to help debt
management companies to give you the best advice and information for your needs.
Sharing of Your Personal Information
Your Personal Information may be shared with
any debt management companies. We will not however disclose your personal
information to other third parties without your prior consent (subject to any
disclosure as may be required by law).
Data Protection
By law, you are entitled to see a copy of any
personal information about you which we hold on file. Should you wish to obtain
a copy of this information, then please contact us. Should you find that we hold
personal information about you which is inaccurate, then we will make any
necessary corrections immediately. At your request, we will immediately delete
any personal information about you which is held by us.
Complaints
Any complaint that you may have in relation
to the business services provided by our firm should be made in writing to our
company at Corporate Assistance Limited, 44 Northumberland Road, Ballsbridge,
Dublin 4. Any such complaint will be acknowledged within 5 business days. Our
company will attempt to investigate and resolve a complaint within 40 business
days of having received the complaint.
Termination
You, or we, may terminate our authority to
act on your behalf at any time, without penalty. Notice of this termination must
be given in writing.
Conflict of Interest
It is the policy of our firm to avoid any
conflict of interest when providing business services to our clients. However,
where an unavoidable conflict may arise we will advise you of this in writing
before proceeding to provide any business service. If you have not been advised
of any such conflict you are entitled to assume that none arises.
Copyright and Site Content
You acknowledge and accept that all copyright,
trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content
provided as part of the website belong to Corporate Assistance Limited. You may
download material from this website for your own use only. No right, title or
interest in any downloaded materials is transferred to you by such downloading.
Any other use of the material and content of the website is strictly prohibited
and you agree not to copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute,
commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material.

These Terms & Conditions of Business apply to
your use of the Debt-Help.ie web site and service. If you are not over 18 or not
living in the Republic of Ireland, you should not attempt to submit an
application. However, subject to your acceptance of these Terms, you should feel
free to browse our web site. An application signifies that you have read and
understood these Terms & Conditions of Business and that you agree to be bound
by them. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions of Business
in their entirety, you should not use this website.
In using the Debt-Help.ie web site, we require
that you abide by these Terms & Conditions of Business. If you fail to abide by
them, and this failure causes us to suffer a claim, action, liability, or loss
because of your failure to abide by these Terms & Conditions of Business, you
agree to indemnify us, on demand, for all costs and expenses, including legal
fees that arise. We reserve the right at any time to modify or withdraw,
temporarily or permanently, the website or any part of it without notice to you
and we will not be liable to you in any way for any modification or withdrawal

process an application for any reason. We will not be liable to you or any third
party by reason of our failing to process an application. These Terms shall be
governed by and construed in accordance with Irish law and the Irish courts
shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us. If any part of these Terms
& Conditions of Business is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all
other parts of these Terms & Conditions of Business shall not be affected and
shall remain in force.
